Account Setup:

Freedom Mortgage offers you the flexibility to make either a one-time payment or set up recurring payments through our mobile app. Get started by downloading the app and logging into your account. If you haven't set up online access yet, you can easily create a new account from within the app. Once logged in, select "One Time Payment" from the Account Details menu.

During your first visit, you will have the option to set up your banking information. For subsequent payments, simply choose the designated account. Payments will be credited as of the date received, although payments made on weekends, holidays, or after business hours may be processed on the next business day.

App Support:

Our Mobile app supports iOS versions 12.0 and above. If you encounter any difficulties logging in, our dedicated Customer Care representatives are available to assist you. Please reach out to us at 855-690-5900 during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

Scheduled Maintenance:

• Mon-Sat: 11:00 PM - 11:10 PM ET and 2:00 AM - 2:10 AM ET
• Sunday: 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM ET
